- The booking covers the shade structure and its picnic tables only, not the skatepark, ball fields or walking path.
- Dogs aren't allowed at Hunter's Creek Park, and fires are banned.
- Organized groups of more than 15 people need a reservation, as does any commercial use, which must also show an insurance certificate covering the city.
- Smaller non-commercial groups may use a park without booking, but get no exclusive space and park maintenance carries on around them.
- Smoking and vaping are banned in every city park; parks are open dawn to dusk.
