About Julia Davis Park

Julia Davis Park spreads across nearly 94 acres on the Boise River, with the Greenbelt running by and the Municipal Rose Garden and an amphitheater inside. Between the playground, tennis court, horseshoes, bocce, fishing and birding, there's plenty to fill an afternoon. Open lawn, a reservable shelter, restrooms and parking make it easy to stay, and there's a bike repair station for cyclists.

Most reservation fees are taxed on top of the listed price. Add-on permits cost extra: $40 for amplified sound (only with a reservation) and $10 for beer/wine. Canceling more than 10 days out gets a refund less a $20 processing fee; later cancellations and bad weather get no refund, and moving a date or site can carry a processing fee. Extra picnic tables cost more at Kristin Armstrong Municipal, Julia Davis and Ann Morrison parks. The city says fees can vary by event or facility.
