Canceling more than 10 days out gets a refund less a $20 processing fee; later cancellations and bad weather get no refund, and moving a date or site can carry a processing fee. Extra picnic tables cost more at Kristin Armstrong Municipal, Julia Davis and Ann Morrison parks. The city says fees can vary by event or facility.
