Rental options

Book online at register.pocatello.gov/facilities, call Parks & Recreation at 208-234-6232, or go to the Community Recreation Center at 144 Wilson Avenue.

Listed prices are not checkout totals. Confirm rental duration, resident eligibility, fees and deposits before paying. Rental times are Mountain time.

Listed prices already include Idaho sales tax. Paying by card adds a 3% convenience fee, a cancellation can cost a $15 administrative fee, water play (slip-n-slides, inflatable water slides, dunk tanks) adds $40 a day, and serving beer or wine needs a $50-a-day permit on top of the pavilion fee.

Before booking

  • The parking lot is small and the city calls it a poor fit for large groups.
  • Pavilion bookings for the year open in early January; for 2026 they opened Tuesday, January 6 at 9 a.m.
  • The price depends on group size, on whether you live in Pocatello, and on a 5-hour slot versus the whole day.
  • Non-profit events pay the same rates as the public; for-profit events pay more (see the fee resolution).
  • Fundraisers, vending and special events in a city park need city approval and a permit first.
