Shelters and the Avista Pavilion take a $100 refundable deposit, paid with the fee when you book. Events with tents, canopies, amplified sound, vendors, food trucks or gate access need a $500 deposit and extra fees. A $35 processing fee is kept when a cancellation is refunded.

- Tents larger than 10 by 10 feet, bounce houses, catering, amplified sound and vehicle access all need a park use permit.
- Water toys such as dunk tanks, water slides, misters and kiddie pools are banned, and stakes can't be driven into the ground.
- Parks are open 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.
