Card payments carry a processing fee of $2.00 or 2.5%, whichever is higher; paying cash or check at the office avoids it. If a pavilion is left dirty or damaged, the card on file is charged at least $50.
Before booking
- Pavilions rent by the whole day only, from dawn until the gates close at dusk; there are no hourly bookings.
- Book at least 7 days ahead and pay in advance; a booking stays tentative until office staff approve it during business hours.
- Booking for the season opens in January; you can't book a year out.
