Rental options

Book and pay online through the city's DaySmart Recreation booking page, or call or visit the Parks and Recreation office at 136 Maxwell Ave (208-736-2265).

Listed prices are not checkout totals. Confirm rental duration, resident eligibility, fees and deposits before paying. Rental times are Mountain time.

Listed prices are before Idaho sales tax, which is added. The city fee schedule also lists a $50 keg deposit and a refundable $500 damage deposit for non-local organizations, and very large events (over 500 people) pay for trash removal.

Before booking

  • Each booking covers one 7-hour block: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., or 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. (10 p.m. for the Shoshone Falls tables).
  • Online booking stops 10 days before the date. Closer to the day, book at the Parks and Recreation office: by noon Thursday for a weekend date, otherwise at least two business days ahead.
  • Groups over 50 people, or big events, must give the Parks office more details, and large events may need a city permit.
  • At shelters with power, it's switched on only when you ask for it in the booking notes.
