Before booking
- No alcohol within 300 feet of the playground or the pavilion.
- Open sunrise to sunset.
- Keep dogs at least 25 feet from the playground.
- The playground stays open to the public and can't be reserved.
- Groups of 100 or fewer don't need a reservation; they share park facilities first come, first served, with no exclusive use.
- Book if you want a pavilion to yourself or your event is large, uses amplified sound, tents or inflatables, or involves vendors, food sales or alcohol.
- Events of 250 or more people, or ones that need city staff or an exception to city code, need a special event application.
- The city is rewriting its park-use rules, so check the reservation page for changes before you plan.
- Sprinklers run on timers and won't be turned off for a booking, so pavilions can get wet.
- Clean up after your group; for more than 25 people, bring extra trash bags and haul away what doesn't fit in the cans.
